Vegan? Hungry? In Duluth?

Are you looking for restaurants with vegan entrees on the menu? Pizza Luce offers many vegan options with a choice of two vegan cheeses for their pizzas. (This vegan can’t get enough of their Pizza Athena with Rinotta.) The Burrito Union has a couple of vegan items on the menu, and so does At Sara’s Table Chester Creek CafĂ©. Over on the West Side the Duluth Grill is vegan friendly, and if you don’t want to venture far from Canal Park you can get a hummus-veggie sandwich at Amazing Grace. Duluth also has two Whole Foods Co-op stores (not the corporate chain Whole Foods Market – Duluth’s came first) and both have deli bars serving breakfast through dinner with vegan options.
