Grab your binoculars and go birding!

Duluth has a lot to offer birders so be sure to pack your binoculars.  The end of September is one of the best times of year to visit the Hawk Ridge Bird Observatory. Check out the North Shore Birding Trail and 365 Days of Birds for lists of a variety of birding other locations.
 

Duluth Playhouse

The Duluth Playhouse will be performing the comedy It Runs in the Family September 22 - October 2, 2016. Catch a show Thursday-Saturday at 7:30 pm.

North Shore Scenic Railroad Fall Colors Tour

If you are planning on staying the weekend consider taking the North Shore Scenic Railroad Fall Colors Tour. The whole trip takes about 6 hours and includes a 2 hours stop in Two Harbors.

Tweed Museum of Art

The Tweed Museum of Art is located at the University of Minnesota Duluth campus in the Humanities Building. The Tweed Museum of Art houses a variety American and European art and includes works on paper, contemporary art, and ceramics. Admission is free.
